A few sessions have limited capacity. The speakers will have a list of names of participants who can attend. Moderators can search for those names in the waiting list and let them in.
Test your ability to connect before convention starts. Zoom offers for people to test their devices to see if they can connect. Click https://zoom.us/test to get to the test site you can join from. Once there click on the Join button and follow what happens on the screen.
Also important is to download the latest version of Zoom at https://zoom.us/download The one you need for your computer is right at the top of the page called ZOOM CLIENT FOR MEETINGS. There are features missing unless you have the latest version. There have been several new versions in January.
