Frequently Asked Questions for Exhibits
How do I get to Shed 2023? - please read all of this before going to Sched 2023
We are in person this year, however you will also have a virtual booth on Sched this year. If you have sent in a registration for a booth your business will appear on the Exhibitor page in Sched and you will be able to edit it, however PDTCA will set up the booth listing in Sched. Please go to our Sched site at https://pdtca2023.sched.com. After you click on the Sched link, log in using the login link in the very top right of the page. You will use the email you registered with for PDTCA and enter a password. If you have forgotten your password or if this is your first time ever logging into Sched, you simply click change password and you will be able to set a login password. When you are logged in, an avatar will appear instead of the login link - usually your logo or a head profile. Click on the word Exhibitor lower down on that page, just above the sessions and you will see all the exhibitors. Click on your logo and click edit to make changes if you wish to.

What is included in the Exhibits Package?

Is an electrical connection included?
No, an electrical connection is not included. Electrical connections can be purchased through the Telus Convention Centre. Forms are found under Step #4 on the Exhibitor Registration Page.
Where can I find a floorplan?

How can I pay for my Exhibits space?
Exhibitors can pay via PayPal, e-transfer or by sending a cheque to the Exhibits Chair. Step 3. on this page https://www.pdtca.org/login-register-payment-forms.html
When will I receive a confirmation and booth number?
Confirmations with booth number are sent after payment is received and processed.
Why did I not get the exact booth I requested?
We process booth requests as we receive them and payment confirmed. Sometimes the same booth is requested by several exhibitors and therefore we will go with a first come, first serve basis. We do our best not to place competitors or like products together and therefore may need to offer alternative placement.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancelation Policy states that Exhibitors who cancel prior to November 30th of a given year shall receive a full refund minus a $50.00 booking fee. Exhibitors who cancel between December 1st - 31st, will receive a refund of 50 % of the fee and GST. Exhibit space cancelled after December 31st, will result in the forfeit of all fees.
What are the exhibits viewing times?
The exhibits are open to delegate viewing on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Exhibitors will have access to the floor, via the security door, starting at 7:00 a.m. each day.
Is there security in the Exhibits space?
Yes, the Telus Convention Centre will also be providing on floor security for Wednesday – Friday.
Where is the Loading Dock located?
The Loading Dock is located at 705 First Street SE
Where do I park?
Pay parking is available directly under the Convention Centre. Access is from 1st Street SE immediately after the entrance to the north loading dock.
Where can I ship my materials?
Shipments scheduled to arrive during the move-in date should be addressed as follows:
PDTCA and Show Date
Exhibitor’s Company Name
Booth Number and Room Name

Can I bring my own signage?
Yes, however all signage must meet all current Fire Standards. For more information, please contact the Calgary Telus Convention Centre.

- two draped tables (2- 6’ tables or 1 – 8’ table and 1 – 4’ table upon request to Superior Show Services)

- materials handling service for move in and out
- 2 Wi-Fi connections
- a virtual booth on Sched
