You can easily delete a session you mistakenly sign up for or no longer want to be in. Please do not sign up unless you actually do want to attend a session.

- DO NOT CREATE MORE THAN ONE LOGIN AS YOUR PERSONAL LIST OF SESSIONS(Button 4 below) IS TIED TO THAT! THE LOGIN YOU CREATE HERE WILL LET YOU LOG IN TO ALL OF THE LINKS BELOW.
ONLY SESSIONS WHICH HAVE ROOM WITH A WAITING LIST OF LESS THAN 10 ARE AVAILABLE

You will be selecting the session you want from a drop down so if you know the ID number you will find it faster. Check the PDF List near the top of this page as it has the ID numbers in front of the titles.
- This button simply adds you to the session list. After you sign up you MUST check button 3 to see if you are in the session or on the waiting list.
- WE WILL NOT BE EMAILING TEACHERS TO CONFIRM THEIR REGISTRATION STATUS AS TEACHERS CAN EASILY CHECK THIS ON THEIR OWN. Therefore, we will leave sessions that have not filled open until February 20th, and remove only the filled sessions from this submission list.
This button is used to see pre-registration lists and your name in the registration order.
- Check your number position. It will tell you if you are registered or waiting. If someone cancels, it moves everyone below that up one number. Someone who just registered will be at the bottom of the list. Be sure to remember your Nickname as that is all you will see online in order to protect your identity.
- Teachers will continue to be able to cancel right up to the session start time. Those on the waiting list can check the website right up until the session starts.
- See all the sessions you added your name to. This just shows the sessions you added your name to. You must check button 3. above to see if you are within the maximum number or on the waiting list for that session.
- Delete yourself from a session as soon as possible if you no longer wish to attend or if there is a time conflict. You can do this right up until session start time so someone below you on the waiting list moves up.
- This is where you need to double check to make sure you did not add yourself to sessions in the same time block.
*PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PRESENT SOME IDENTIFICATION WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT A PRE-REGISTERED SESSION IN CASE YOU ARE ASKED FOR IT. YOUR ATA MEMBERSHIP CARD WOULD BE BEST.
